My Photo As Art is committed to supplying high-quality digital art, canvas prints and photo gift products and will do everything in our power to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.

You can ask us for a replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the Australian Consumer Guarantee does not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Damage in transit

Our print products very rarely suffer defects and are carefully packaged for shipping, however if your order arrives damaged or the workmanship is faulty we ask that you provide photographs of the damaged goods and email this to us for assessment within 24 hours of receipt. If the damage has occurred in transit or we deem the fault to be a manufacturing error your order will be reproduced. We will also ask that the damaged/faulty order is returned to us therefore it is imperative that you keep the original packaging.

Change of mind

We’re confident you’ll love the result of our My Photo As Art process however art is subjective and not all photos work in all situations. We’ll endeavour to work with you until you’re 100% happy including trying alternate art styles.

  • If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order immediately after ordering, providing we haven’t started your artwork we’ll offer a full refund. Please contact us within 4 hours of ordering. If we have already started your artwork, we’ll offer a full refund minus the $80 artwork fee for work completed so far.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after seeing the artwork proof, we’ll offer a full refund minus the $80 artwork fee for work completed so far.
  • If your print product has commenced in our production process or has been sent and/or received by you but you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, neither a refund or credit will be possible.

Additional things to know

  • Our return policy does not apply to print products that match a digital proof you approved prior to production of those products.
  • Production times for reprinted products are the same as for the original order.
